Jeanne's sardines
Ingredients for 6 people
6 raw sardines marinated in lemon juice for 24 hours
6 sheets tissue paper
salted butter
wholemeal bread
saladInstructions
Wrap each sardine in tissue paper.
Perform the sardine dance: move together in space without touching.
Open each tissue paper.
Cut sardines into pieces.
Prepare one buttered tartine per person.
Cover each tartine with a salad leaf.
Place a piece of sardine on each slice of bread.
